Lafayette, Indiana photographer Melanie Gilbert grew up with a love for photography. Since she was a little girl, Melanie always had a camera in her hand. She learned to develop film by the age of 16. In high school, Melanie had several pictures displayed during local photography contests. Melanie attended Purdue University where she enjoyed additional photography course work. Melanie graduated from Purdue with a BS and a Master's degree. Melanie has over 14 years of business experience. All her life she has captured the special moments and occasions for her family and friends, and she wants to share this passion and talent with you.
